Promoting Exchange

Exchange of knowledge

One of our primary aims is to promote spectroscopy in plant sciences and plant sciences in spectroscopy research. On this page, our members can make their publications, software scripts, etc. available to the general public. Promotion of career opportunities, conferences, available instrumentation or other facilities, however, is done under the Activities menu. To publish something on this site, please contact the Board.

Updated Matlab script for multivariate curve resolution - alternating least squares (MCR-ALS)

Based on the work in Felten et al, Nature Protocols, 2015, 10: 217-240, but expanded: better handling of non-image data sets, possibility to include various constraints (unimodality and closure), direct input or selection of starting spectra / concentrations, direct export to a format accepted by SIMCA-P, customization for display (colour scheme, re-folding).

A manual and demo datasets are included as well, to test and explore the GUI functions and to help you format your own datasets.
